During this festive season of giving, let us take time to slow down and enjoy the simple things.
A few years ago, we made the commitment to be home for Christmas. No more hustle and bustle on Christmas day, just waking up to the wide eyes and wonder on Christmas morning at home. On Christmas Eve the boys and I will attend mass followed by dinner at a nice restaurant. On Christmas morning I make a hug breakfast then we open gifts.
